Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge when more than 24 hours' notice is provided. Your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment or refunded if cancelling.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service price. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, these policies are in place to respect our therapists' time and appointment availability.
